What is 1:1 Change Agent Coaching?

Change Agent Coaching is a series of 1:1 conversations, usually over the phone / Zoom though can be in person as well post covid-19 vaccination, that helps you identify and remove the roadblocks to your success.  The unclear can become clear and new ideas, perspectives, and solutions can emerge via powerful questions. What’s below the surface can be uncovered and brought into the light so you can work with these new awarenesses. You will experience deep listening, emotional and thought provoking questions, and support as you do the work on your change effort which could be at work or in your personal life.  The opportunity for frequent feedback and discussion enables you to increase your effectiveness, and adapt to the rapid change that is a hallmark of complex change efforts.

How often will we meet?

The frequency is completely up to you and depends on how fast you want to shift and how often you want to meet. Some clients choose to meet 1x / week, some 2x / month, and some 1x / month. A frequency that works well is 2x / month or three 45 min sessions per month with email / text support in between.
