At times you get so filled with fear you emotionally shutdown or "freeze" where you stop speaking or physically withdraw from the room
You know you’re an intelligent person, and, it’s like your brain goes offline when you’re in this state and logic flies out the window
To gather in community with other change agents to expand your network, share expertise, grow your skills, and learn from others’ experiences on this topic.
